Cognitive Behaviroural Therapy Coaching (CBT Coaching)
Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps individuals understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviours. CBT is commonly used to treat a wide range of disorders including phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety, and has a good evidence base on its efficacy.
Although CBT, as the name suggests, is most often associated with ‘therapy’ it is well known that its philosophical stance and powerful techniques can be applied in many different areas. Cognitive behavioural approaches to coaching are now well established and it is one of the most researched, effective and extensively used forms of coaching. It is now widely believed that CBT not only works ‘best’ in the therapy room but it is also ‘best’ in coaching.
• CBT has been consistently proven to work in assisting individuals to achieve their potential and reach their goals.
• CBT challenges debilitating beliefs, enhances motivation, self worth and problem solving abilities.

CBT Coaching applies the techniques of CBT in a non-therapeutic way to the problems of every day life enabling individuals to rapidly and efficiently reach their goals.
Personal & Artist Coaching
By understanding what is important to you you can make decisions from a place of clarity. This minimises self doubt and maximises the 'quiet confidence', the bit that is inside of you, underneath, which is required in order to take action and move forward without doubts it will not work out.
This programme can be primarily focused on personal achievements or leading from personal to career ones, such as the artist. The programme follows the same aims / steps for both personal and professional development, what changes between both are then the goals.

The way this is done is in two phases:
Determining and defining your core values and goals
Releasing the emotional and mental blocks which may be clouding your thoughts and holding you back
Understanding your motivation for change and transformation
The second phase entails a more practical side, it focuses on choosing the most interesting and realistic options and creating a plan. Aspects include:
Using the clarity about what your special talents are and discovering your life’s purpose
Achieving your goals quickly and easily so you can start living the life you want
Making changes to the way you live so that your life becomes more satisfying, successful and authentic
Developing the tools you need to transform your life
Creative Coaching looks deeply in detail into artistic and creative output. In the case of my specialty which is DJs and producers this may include:
Track / Production analysis
Advise on suitability to record labels
Developing own record label step by step guidance
Dj set analysis, set construction
Performance support which may include accompanying to shows for analysis, feedback and improvement in areas necessary.
Artist bios, website, communication, social media, press support are some other areas of development.
